I’d try a smaller law firm. My case has seemed unimportant from day one. It’s a struggle for sure.

I sent an email twice last week about all of the copays I am paying for physical therapy and doctor visits. I asked if Morgan and Morgan would be considered the secondary payer or how should the visits be billed? I never heard a response back from either message sent. I am, however, pleases by how quickly someone reached out to me within 24 hours of the accident.

Not sure where we are or how we stand. Of course I am still in therapy. I keep the case manager updated on changes/medical info I have.

Lawyer's should not receive more money than their clients. The clients are the ones that's gone through this ordeal, so why does the lawyer get more money than the client?

M&M claim they are for the 'people', I contacted them in regards to what I believe is discrimination since I was the only female on my shift at my previous job, after speaking with an intake rep I advised him that I had a right to sue notice, and he asked what charges were listed on my RTS paper and I did not know what he was referring to being that I have never had to go about my way to have my voice heard. He advised me that M&M would not be taking on my case, didn't want to see any evidence for himself or explain to me more what he was talking about. Once I got off the phone, I did research on my own to see maybe my RTS letter was missing content that I was unaware of but every paper on google was similar to mine, so I continued to seek out other lawyers and majority of them took the time out to send me over a questionnaire to look into my situation and seen that I do have a case. Thank you M&M for not being able to assist me.

It will be an year April 2023 and my case is still not settled and I’m not completely satisfied

Ill start by saying my sister was well taken care of before she signed the settlement check over to Morgan and Morgan. The lawyer listened and doctors were great. In 5 days, it will be 60 days after signing the check over to Morgan and Morgan and she has not received ANY funds. I have seen texts and there are broken promises at least once to twice a week. Several times they have said oh we forgot to pay a doctor and need to cut a new check, oh the accountant won't be able to cut a new check until 3 days from now, oh the check is not at this office and needs to be sent here, I am sorry I was on vacation, oh the person that needs to sign isn't in the office today even though today was scheduled. She has been too patient! I truly believe if she was a rude and super direct person she would have had her money by now, but since she has been nice, she is being taken advantage of. So yes be leary because they take care you of until they have your money.

They don't care about you unless you are involved in some type of accident.

Candance is the worse. Very unprofessional.
