Don't be fooled by their sad sob story commercial? They are no different then the sad animal commercial at Christmas time! Layed in pain for 2 days waiting to see what to do next! Got a call from a non English speaking agent that was so hard to understand he had to repeat him self over and over again! After numerous calls and messages someone finally called me back and told me they couldn't take my case, I wish I could post pictures of my inguries?! They couldn't take my case even after the 1st interview and I made it clear I was a gig worker! A true waste of time! Don't count on them their firm is too big and has too many cases for them to get back to you in a timely manner!

I had a very bad experience. The assigned case manager was very Incompetent. She failed to submit my loss wages and all of my medical bills to the insurance company so the settlement offer was way less than it should have been. When I refused the settlement she lied a stated that the insurance company would sue me for breach of contract. I terminated the contract with Morgan and Morgan and they still filed llien against my settlement. I wouldn't refer them to represent a cockroach.. Absolute frauds.. I really want to expose this firm for they are.

**VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM!!!! ** Seriously -Do NOT hire this firm!!! My husband reached out to these people following a slip and fall on New Year's Eve. After full explanation - they sent the paperwork, he followed their instructions, visited Urgent Care, went to therapy, and submitted everything they needed - indicating they would take the case!! *** 2 WEEKS later --now having racked up MEDICAL BILLS & time OFF WORK NO PAY-- Their Attorney calls him and says they "don't think they can win this case.."!!!! NOW WE'RE STUCK WITH MEDICAL BILLS, MISSING PAY & OUR VALUABLE TIME WASTED! Reallyyyy MORGAN & MORGAN?!!! ** You guys couldn't figure this out after 2 weeks, whether you had a case or not?! Their response, "Oh, we're not responsible for your bills!" WOW!! BUT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BEHAVING ETHICALLY AND MORALLY!! ** So much for those PHONY commercials!!! ** Thanks for wasting our time and now our money!!😡😡 I'm appalled!!!😡

A waste of time first they tell you they gone take your case then they don’t for whatever reasons, case manager fast talking where u can’t get a word in smh , very unprofessional, but everything happen for a reason God has the last say so !!!!!

I have a case going on for a year now with Morgan & Morgan. I have had several attorneys. My last update was July of 2023. I have consistently called everyday leaving voicemails, text messages and emails. Not one response. I was even promised by someone working the phone lines that I would get a response in 48 hours. I'm still waiting.

Great although I don’t have a claim

It took Aurlyn 15 minutes to pock up my call. In all I wasted 30 minutes for her to say you could not take my case.

Thanks for the free consultation. But, since you didn't accept my claim I can't say it was a 5 star experience with you guys. I just explained everything to another lawyer and they are picking up my case.

The worst law firm ever in my opinion! They pass u around to people after people and the result is never help for ur case! I wouldn't waste my time!!
