I preferred Nicole to my previous rep, as she spoke English more clearly.

My first call 2 days previously I was on hold almost 2 hours. Gadi apologized for that and was pleasant and professional. But at the end of the day, M&M chose not to help. Regardless of your "touching" advertising, it obviously IS all about the money, and not for your "clients", it's "what's it it for us, M&M"

The experience was ok. I appreciate that he provided me some resources at the end of the call. That was especially helpful. He also got to the point very quickly which I appreciate.

They wouldn't tell me why they couldn't take my case because that constitutes giving free legal advice.

Not getting communication the way I needed

I am currently being Representative by this company they never answer the phone they switch lawyers without telling you I can not get my case worker respond I sent text emails and have called multiple times no answers my case as been going on for about 9 months now very unprofessional don’t be fooled by the commercials go with someone who going to really help and care about what you

They are horrible! It’s so hard to get in contact with them. I’ll not recommend

They were great at first. Once they told us everything was taken care of and that we didn't owe anymore money, they were practically worthless, especially when debt collectors started contacting us about medical bills that we were told were taken care of. They wouldn't contact the hospital back or the medical insurance back. Hospital and medical insurance started contacting us.

I called Morgan and Morgan, and they said we can handle the case. After several calls and a month later, they finally call back. Florieda from the office called and said that she contacted Shelly, the attorney, and now they can’t handle the case. After I read the reviews, I realized that this is a pattern with Morgan and Morgan.

This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my lawyer for over a month and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve sent email after email, I’ve left tons for voicemails. I call literally everyday and it’s the same thing. I was told my case was closing, that I’ve received an offer and that my car would be getting fixed. My car is not fixed yet, and I haven’t heard anything back about my offer. I wish I would’ve went with another company. I’ll never deal with them again. Save your time and energy and go with a company that cares.
