It has been 3yrs for a simple fender bender, my case has closed, I've signed power of attorney to pay medical and everyone has been paid but me. Going on 6 months of being told accounting is backed up and can't cut me a check. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MORGAN & MORGAN.

Would like an update on my case. I asked my CM 2 questions along with sending a copy of a bill and only response was received and saved. No answers to either of my questions.

There quick to respond but when I explain my situation 2 times already then I get asked to explain it again it frustrating that both the times I explained what happened they did not take notes and the last guy I spoke to which is why I’m writing this I simply ask, because he asked me to explain it all over again, I simply ask no one took notes On what I said the last couple times? I’ve explained? he gives me an attitude and says exactly,” no I wouldn’t be asking you if I did know what you were talking about” after he said that there was no point to go forward so I just ended the call the tone of his voice seemed careless and also seemed like he didn’t care what I had to say.. and please don’t respond back saying we have so much to deal with sorry for the unfortunate situation hope you can call back thanks don’t feel like hearing that you guys get paid from the people then be caring of the people.

I called them asking for a lawyer with top secret clearance then they hung up on me. Once I called a 2nd time, they didn't want to talk to and wanted to get me off.

I usually do not write reviews but this has been one of the most inadequate and unprofessional experiences I've had with Morgan and Morgan. I have already received my settlement but they hold additional money from you just in case the therapy used does not cover what was already settled. It really does not make sense because the whole process is about settling with the doctors and the insurance company to make sure everyone is paid out. I have waited to receive the remaining of my settlement and my case worker Debra Griffin told me accounting was still working on it. 3 months pass and she still says they are working on it. After sending an email today she tells me that now there is no money remaining because they used it for the doctors. I then go to speak with my actual lawyer Steven, and he checks and see's that the remaining settlement is still in process with accounting. I feel overlooked because since they have already received their settlement, I am no longer a priority. And they receive a higher percentage than anyone else so to hold this money for this amount of time does not make sense. I have been lied too, and I will no longer do business with them in the future.
