Definitely go with another lawyer! They do the initial phone call. After that will not return calls! Never got to speak with an actual lawyer except 1 time for him to tell he he would have someone call me right back he was busy. Never got a call back!

They hung up on me after transferring me 3 times. Not a good experience when seeking help.

Haven't talked to my case manager yet. Only advised thru text messages so far.

Beware they charge 40%. Plus my attorney I was assigned too had a terrible attitude. Switched to Julian Sanders law firm and they charged less plus got me better results. Oh yeah my attorney name was Steven Fair btw. Do not waste your time. Find a cheaper better attorney office let's be real they only push their radio, tv & billboard ads in our faces no one recommended them I mean nobody at all. And trust me to the people who have gotten paid your payment missing 40%+ I understand all attorney will come with a fee but this firm wants almost half of your settlement doesn't sound to much like Morgan and Morgan really "For the people more For their pockets.

Please do your homework. Everything that's big isn't always best. There to expensive and there attorneys is never available to speak directly to there clients. You would think otherwise at 40% of your overall case settlement. With fees like that plus filing fees. It's setup for the firm to recieve a bigger check than the client who actually suffered and struggled through that whole incident, not the law firm. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. I don't blame them though, it's my fault for not doing my homework and picking the most flashy item in front of me. Definitely one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Do your homework.....

I aint heard from anyone I would like to know were we stand. Its been 3 months aint heard nothing no emails no texts no calls I sent everything y'all needed

Kind of disappointed to call Morgan and Morgan, I just got passed around to be told I can’t even tell them about the potential medical malpractice case. Certainly looking for another attorney to represent me.

It’s sad how people need help with legal issues and these firms don’t have a bone for humanity to help people with their cases. How simple is it to just listen and understand someone pain. I guess if u sound a certain way and the complaint don’t sound true they won’t help. I pray some attorney with a heart can take my case. I will never refer anyone to Morgan and Morgan. I was transferred to someone without even being notified. It’s as if they didn’t care about my issues. People these days don’t have any empathy and it’s sad. Smh i know someone will take my case and we will win big

My first initial contact with Ms. Latoya was fairly okay. She made it clear that if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. However, the last couple of times we talked, she did not show any concern or consideration as to how frustrated I was feeling. Ms. Latoya made me feel like my case nor I was a priority and that she was bombarded with work, and rushed to end the call. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

I have a bad experience I went to this law firm they took my case they do not get into contact with you and i have been waiting for almost 2 years. I’ve went to the chiropractor and they fax my paperwork over after I was done and my lawyer still haven’t got into contact with me and I will not recommend nobody to go to or prefer this law firm I am so disappointed also they do not answer the phones when there’s calls there very unprofessional
