After spending 32 minutes on the phone answering a million question the lady on the other end hung up. Smh You have obviously missed the point. I dont care if you didnt take the case (another firm has) POINT IS I was on the phone for all that time and was hung up on. No good bye or anything. So maybe proper training should be in order. I didnt know the results of my intake until you posted it.

I would not recommend morgan and morgan to anyone they only look out for certain family members I speak from experience with my baby sister casse involving a drunk driver

I wouldn’t recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone. The communication is off you can’t reach your case manager at all. I’ve only received 2 calls since October of 2021. If you call and leave a message they’ll never call you back. The worse company ever how could they be for the people. I finally got in contact with my case manager like 2 months ago. I had to Google Morgan & Morgan to get their number because my case manager doesn’t return calls or messages. I spoke with her about my case she said I would hear something that Friday. It’s been 2 months now I still haven’t heard anything or received a call. I’ve called twice this month and left one message. Hopefully I’ll hear something before October 2022 which will make one year.

DO NOT GET Morgan and Morgan I was in an accident beginning of dec 2021 my truck was total 5 months has past my case manager kandi woof told me I got the max settlement of 50k, 30k from the at fault party and 20k from my insurance, they gave me papers to sign for the 30k and they took their 40% and the doctor bill. Cool I sign the papers then she said they gonna get the rest from my insurance. Abt 2 mouth’s past then told me I wasn’t getting the 20k cause my insurance wasn’t gonna pay that, all they was gonna pay is 5k. She tricked me into signing for the 30k and all I was getting is 5k more. I’ve been in 2 car accidents b4 this. And this is the lowest settlement ive ever got and my truck was total its been almost 8 months and as of right now I still haven’t received the 5k. So if you are in a regular car accident DO NOT GET Morgan and Morgan. SMH

I did a free consultation and explained how I wanted to file a malpractice case against a Physician. I had surgery and the Doctor did not prescribe the correct medication and I had 7 seizures. During one seizure I passed out and had to have another immediate surgery. The attorney for this practice said they were not willing to accept the case because I fell. But I fell because I had a seizure because I wasn't given proper meds after brain surgery by the surgeon. That doesn't make sense to me and I will not return just based on that answer.

(Update) Trip law firm has won me 6 figures when this law firm wouldn't even take my case goes to show big names means nothing thank you Jesus for Trip law firm of Florida. I wish I could give M and M less then a one star they failed me miserably. At least two times the big bully companies took advantage of the underdog (me) and he claims he hates bully naw he like high profile cases if you poor he couldn't care less what's going on with you SMH I almost bought his sell pitch till I saw his true colors first hand. Morgan & Morgan for their own people not the people don't get lured in by that

I retained this firm after an automobile accident that was not my fault. I used the doctors and services they advised me to use. Morgan and Morgan was aware that the person who caused the accident had $25,000 in coverage. So M&M went $18 000 over that amount in medical charges and won't submit the bills to my insurance company and wants me to sign paperwork saying that I will pay the bills. Of course they are getting paid and I'll be left with $12,000 of debt after my $6000 settlement. Let me add that they went MIA for 5 months after my last Doctor visit and only returned my calls after I said I would call the Bar Association. Does this sound like a firm you want to hire?
