Completely screwed my case up and waited way to long before telling me they wouldn't be helping me with my case in turn giving me no time to get any real investigations done on my case

What a complete joke these guys are. I submitted their online form requesting assistance and received a call back within 2 minutes of submitting the form. Wow, fast service! But that’s where the positive experience ended. I was passed around from one call center person to the next who asked me questions over and over again I had already answered with the prior call center “consultant.” I shared info about the casework help needed (breach of warranty contract, wherein I have actual proof that this breach of contract has happened - should be an easy case!) only to be told that I “do not qualify” to speak with an actual attorney. I told the call center woman I am happy to pay for the services, happy to pay for a consultation. But she would not move me forward in the process, instead giving me attitude. Extremely unprofessional. These guys advertise all over the place that they are “for the people,” yet reject a paying customer. I have worked with attorneys before and have no issue financially providing a retainer for consultative work. Yet I am not allowed to speak to an actual educated barred attorney and instead am passed off by some call center woman with zero empathy?! Stay far away from these guys. I have worked with lawyers who have actual CLASS, and it’s not these people. Pathetic.

So I was in an accident in December 2021 I had been reaching out to my lawyer with no response only to find out that she was no longer my lawyer. The communication with this company is horrible and I’m so sad that I chose them. When you are in an accident you look for good communication and somewhat fast service. My daughter dealt with Atlanta personal injury and it was fast and efficient I don’t know why I didn’t choose them I guess I feel for the sob story about Disney.. I had my last appointment back in April when I finally figured out who my lawyer was she told be it will be 2 months to before the case should be closed only for her to say she still waiting on bills which I can’t see how.. if I don’t call her she most definitely will NEVER reach out then on her vmail she says if you leave multiple messages she will take even longer to call you back.. I hate it here.. is it possible for me to have another company that has more time on they hands to take over my case because you guys are clearly entirely too busy

Not seemingly very motivated,...may update if I see a difference. Update : horrible service strung me along for months and months, then said there wasn't enough money in it for them!!!! Do not let them waist your time. They are uncaring.

The commercial where John Morgan is talking about someone leaving a message saying they're a nobody and probably won't get a call back...I'm glad that person got their call. I spoke to 2 people in 1 day 3 weeks ago about my case and never got a call back. I was told my information would be passed on. I'm going to assume this office uses a call center. Try making it more personal. I've called multiple lawyers and can't find anyone to take the kind of case that we have. I was referred to Morgan & Morgan by a friend that has used this firm twice. I expected better. Maybe work on the intake.

In July , it will make 2 years that my case has been open with this Firm. During the whole time and process , I’ve only received 0 phone calls and or emails to update me on my case. Every-time I call it’s always no answer , somebody saying they will give me a call back but never do , or I’ll just leave a voice message. Also , during my case my case manager quit and I wasn’t notified that I was appointed a new one. The firm won’t let me speak with a manager and I am highly dissatisfied with their services!

When I was assigned an attorney and team I was shocked at how poorly they communicated. Weeks would go by before I would get a response to an email or call. Last email I received stated it would be a couple months before anything new would determined as the case was being out together. I reached out today the case manager and the attorney have both left Morgan and Morgan only to leave me high and dry. I have been assigned to a new attorney but basically starting over. This is ridiculous!!
