Really surprised by the lack of communication from my assigned Attorney. I know this is a very busy place but I had to find another attorney after waiting for a response nothing after third week of struggle & getting no status or reassurance that it will all be okay. Thankfully I found someone who has made sure I knew updates & status & made me feel like he was serious about helping me get better.

So far, so good. I recommend you do your research. MORGAN AND MORGAN was the only firm that stood out to me and fit my situation.

Horrible! I had to rate it a 5-star before I was even redirected by their website to post a Google Review (figured this out after I tried to submit as 1-star and page closed without allowing any comments). How shady is that? I found their website searching for breach of warranty law firms in the Atlanta area and found that Morgan & Morgan had very specific information in regards to breach of warranties and had in fact won a major personal injury case involving the same automotive company in Atlanta that I was having major issues with but my problem was consumer product related. After being on hold for 25 mins and transferred to three different client intake employees for the firm (who need some serious retraining in properly transferring me to the correct department), and then after repeating my information three times, I never even had the opportunity to speak with an attorney. Some free case evaluation right? An intake employee finally tells me that “unfortunately they can’t assist me.” I guess the intake employee can make that legal determination? Or maybe it’s really the fact that Morgan & Morgan are only interested in high dollar personal injury cases despite specifically stating on their website that they have attorneys who handle breach of warranty cases. Really disappointed by the way it was handled and the lack of professionalism by the employees answering their calls. Morgan & Morgan needs to edit their website to be transparent to the public that they are in fact just ambulance chasers.

Not punctual at all. The agents are in the Philippines. I was expecting an American company with American employees who worked legal. These reps were the same ones they use for T-Mobile and Verizon. I swear lol After connecting with them, I heard nothing back. This incident required expedited attention. The person who locally was assigned to handle my case did not answer her phone ever. She never returned my call either. Even after me calling them to complain, THEY had more of an attitude than I did. So I promptly asked to terminate the retainer and and whatever legal relationship we started so I could move on. They, of course, complied... All but with a rudely written notice of them terminating ME. LOLOL... I couldn't write a better movie than this. Never again will I call someone off TV again.

Wreck was in March 2021, my wife case was closed November 2022, my case has yet to be settled. Laura Maki our lawyer haven’t heard from her since the first of June 2023. It takes a long time to get someone to call you back. Gary S Smith

This was the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to ANYONE... Lawyers & associates are a JOKE!
