The absolute worst Representation I’ve ever seen. They drag my case out for over a year and a half while the lawyer in charge went through Numerous personal issues which took his attention off my case for long periods of time. And when we did talk I was made to believe that they were handling everything in my best interest only to be arguing with Kenneth himself at the end like I was my own lawyer and he was on the other team. Bottom line there looking for settlements if you want someone to fight for you THIS IS NOT THE FIRM.Johnny absolutely love you find better people to work for.

Horrible customer service. Lawyers we’re very rude and I would not recommend

I’m so tired of hearing there commercials I usually don’t leave comments but these people are rip off they change 40% out 25,000 after medical expenses and other fees the charge you end up with about 7,800.They don’t give any referral fees for recommending them. They hard too get on the phone transfer you all over the country when you right in Atlanta don’t let them switch up paralegals…also they charge you 25 dollars to mail your money.and when you go there you can’t talk to anyone when they tell you come get your money you have to try and contact them and tell them you down stair and wait about a hour and a half. Really I’ll never use them again when fo to trail it cost more money he’ll naw….

I'm still astonished at how company's like this get away with such poor service and still continue doing business. My case has been closed since November 2021 and apparently all the bills they paid off with the money from the settlement never were paid. So after all this time nothing has been payed and now I'm being harassed by bill collectors every day. I even had to pay out of my pocket for some bills that were affecting my credit so bad. This is the worse law firm for customer service. Not to mention to find out later they lied about so much to get me to settle so they can get their pay day and let me just continue in pain no matter how much I told them I'm still in so much pain. No matter how many times I begged them to schedule me an appointment with doctors. But they just ignored my messages and calls then pushed me to settle. Literally called and harassed me for a whole day while I was at work till I couldn't take it any longer and just signed what they asked me to.

WILL NOT EVER COME BACK !!! STEVEN FAIR IS NOT FAIR!! This lawyer is so unethical it’s amazing he's able to even have a job with Morgan and Morgan he raised my fees higher than what we agreed upon and when the relationship goes sour he will hold your case for months on end because he likes to try to find ways the he think will inconvenience you the most, this experience has really changed my mind on the whole comprise because the have a professional image that they promote doesn’t actually mean they are professional

I'm in the middle of a case with you now so truthfully I can't give a final review but no problem so far ok/ things have changed in a hurry! When it came time for my Lawyer to get involved he did a about face on what he told me for over a month. But that doesn't bother me as much as he0 just straight out lied. When I confronted him he just hung up on me I keep records of our conversation day dates and times . I don't know if the hole ferm is like this. I THINK HE SHOULD BE HELD Accountable If he lied about this what else will he lie about ( IF YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR LAWYER THEN WHO CAN ONE TRUST )
