BEWARE OF MICHEAL DRAKE, #1 He doesn’t stay in contact and sees your calling him for 2 weeks. And in that 2 weeks no contact and couldn’t give an excuse why he didn’t call back. We thought he was out of the country, sick, or have COVID. #2 the contract we signed was 30% but when the contract came it had 33.3%. It’s not trustworthy, and we questioned about it he says all the contracts are all a 3.33. He was trying to get by of making $855 more after getting angry and not trusting him because he kept saying he was a partner at nix and said no he gets paid hourly. His name is not on a building as an attorney for that firm but nix gets on the phone and says we charge 40%. WHO IS TO BELIVE ANYBODY!!! #3 Before hiring him we explain that the client can I use the phone of the day of the job and it will be at least 6:30 for any communication so we call that one number at one time between 6:30 6:45 PM when I called he says I’m TAKING TIME AWAY FROM HIS WIFE, but he had acknowledged the schedule was set up and at the time of the contract he will stay in touch twice a week at least and didn’t send any new information over that was asked over and over. BEWARE OF MICHEAL DRAKE, because he be slick, and if you don’t listen and read everything he sends you because it’s completely different with a head concussion he really thought the client will just sign anything nobody likes to go through this kind of attorney. The contract with Richard and nix withdrew the contract that Michael and the client it finally got heated in the talking and that’s the biggest favor they did to us. But this was referred by a chiropractor clinic which we trusted very much.
