Had a case with Rickard and he never got back with me. I called him most of the time. And by the 5th time I called he said he was still working on the case. After that call 3 days later I got a letter saying he was dropping from the case. Very disappointed with the service, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. I never really worked with Ms. Nix, but I pray she not like Rickard
