Les vengo a compartir mi mamá experiencia con esta mala firma de abogados 😔😔😡😡🤬🤬🤬😤😤 no los recomiendo para nadaaaaaaaaa son irresponsables no cumplen con lo que dicen te inventan un cuento y otrooo primero me atendió la abogada Roxana castillo que el vehículo que me impacto a mi era una póliza liabilyti de 25 mil dólares y después otro cuento que la aseguradora no podrían darme esos 25 mil dólares que 12 mil dólares como a los 5 meses me salió con ese cuento y al fin y al cabo nunca recibi lo que me correspondia salí fue estafado y con el cuento que eso fue lo que la aseguradora pagó les pedí que me mostraran en cheque que les había tocado a ellos y se negaron ah mostrarloooo primera vez y última vez que los contacto en fin me siento inconforme como es posible que salgan ellos ganando más que yo yo que Fuy el afectado y otro cuento a última hora señor Luis salió otra de facturación que no sabíamos nada 10 meses esperando que paguen siempre que llamaba me ponían en espera nunca me contestaban las ni me pasaban la abogada que llevaba mi caso

I was recently involved in an accident and was told to get a lawyer. They were my first option and I’m glad I went with them. In the beginning we did have complications with staying with the same case manager but we then got Soporia Moment and she was/is the best. Although our case is still ongoing she has been very committed to keeping us updated. She has answered all of all questions and has been nothing but nice to us. She has been on top of her team and she will go out her way to figure out what’s next for our case. She has been very helpful and supportive and hasn’t let us down. I am happy she is our case manager and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. -Jayda

Run! They have no sense of communication it’s almost impossible to get in contact with whomever is my case manager is after Rashad Charles lets me know he was removed from my case . His I communication skills are trash as well . It’s been nearly 2 years and it was the absolute biggest mistake ever. I found out TODAY my case was settled already but wasn’t notified unbelievable! If you want to be treated as if your case is just another case by all means this is the perfect option for you .Good luck

Super mal servicio, nadie da respuesta del caso, llama contestan personas diferentes, ya cumplimos un año con el caso y no dan respuesta. De verdad no hagan su caso con ellos, muy mal servicio.

I don’t know what has happened over the years but they have gotten so unprofessional it’s been almost a year and every time you call it’s a different person. Whenever you try to reach somebody they say somebody has gotten fired. They don’t give updates and you always get sent to voicemail. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here.

Although the process has been long we've been kept updated on the progress. Work that was done is greatly appreciated.

They never respond To emails, phone calls, or anything. Waste of time. I’ve been with them over a year, just for them to never give me updates on my case

I was able to get the necessary help that I needed from them. They worked on my case very well.
