I am glad she is over my case now she calls and checks on me periodically and update me and ask me how I’m doing. She seems to really care about people.thank god someone finally start doing something for my case !!

I had gotten really disappointed with this firm for not keeping me updated, and almost felt I was a burden to bother them to get updates, I do realize they are busy and was going to find someone else, then Domenique Russo became my person of contact, and things greatly improved Domenique took the time to keep me updated and never made me feel like I was burden but made me feel like a client they was glad to have so Domenique thank you !!

I’ve had alot of experiences with lawyers throughout my life but by far Stessa was the best representation I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t have asked for anything better !

I choose this firm based on reviews and Im sure some clients slip through the cracks of not receiving updates and feeling like you dont matter or the injuries you sustained mean nothing. This is exactly how i feel. Communication sucks and im sure it depends on who and the amount of cases. I am very disappointed thus far. Accident was 2023 I don't feel they are fighting for me. I pray it changes. Im a real person and for once in my life i need someone to hear me, to see me and acknowledge me.

My case settled back in June, moving it to reductions; I was told by my attorney this should take 4 to 6 weeks to complete; well it's been 3 months to no avail; apparently the reductions team sent a request via fax to one of my medical providers for a final bill they got back in May; so reductions has not started because this department does not do follow ups they just send a fax request and go eat lunch; I was able to get the final and only bill from this provider with one phone call on 8/13/24 but my case is still sitting still with no activity. Also, I was sent to have a psych evaluation by my attorney that I did not need nor did any of my providers suggested thus bringing my medical bills for this accident even higher; I am so disappointed with this firm
