PLEASE KNOW THAT I AM ONLY GIVING 5 STARS TO TAYLOR G…… K&P DONT DESERVE ANY STARTS AT ALL!!! …..SO….After almost a year of NO COMMUNICATION my case has finally been closed and Sabrina who NEVER IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALLS asked for a review… so here we go… me and my friend got into an accident on July 26th 2023 we contacted K&P they immediately sent someone out for us to sign papers for representation… ok so for the very first month they contacted us almost every week Rashad was communicating via email but after the first month ALL AND I DO MEAN ALL COMMUNICATION STOPPED! I got a letter from the at fault insurance company stating that they had sent a settlement check in April of this year so we called K&P because we had not signed anything stating we agreed to a settlement we only got an email stating what the at fault insurance company was willing to offer and that they were in the process of negotiating …. So again after getting the letter we were a bit confused as to who gave the approval to settle for the amounts but nobody responded we had to literally call everyday all day and send emails and thats when Taylor (the best there) took our case and got it closed out…TAYLOR THANK YOU FOR ENDING THIS NIGHTMARE WITH K&P! TAYLOR WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WORKED QUICKLY TO RESOLVE OUR CASE! But RASHAD, SABRINA , and CHLOE… THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND K&P!!! Not to mention when i did get in contact with Rashad he was super rude and even some of the receptionist were rude as well AND might i add WE NEVER SPOKE TO OUR LAWYER…DONT EVEN KNOW WHO REPRESENTED US ON THE CASE!!!! SO MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO RUN NOW!!! DO. NOT. USE KANNER AND PINTALUGA!!!!!!!

The 5 star rating is for a Taylor Gibson specifically! My accident was July 26, 2023. It’s been almost a year ! And still no settlement. If I could give this company 0 stars i would! Outside of Taylor Gibson this experience was terrible! Taylor helped me get everything back on track after 11 months of waiting . These ppl only communicated the first month and then maybe two months later . Within a year I've spoken to them only a couple times . No one is ever available or even willing to help . Rashad Charles is never available and never replies . Chloe promised things that were never handled ! Sabrina only contacted after we threatened leave this attorney and find a new one, but yet requested a review in regards to my satisfaction. WELL GUESS WHAT, I WASNT SATISFIED AT ALL!! Again Taylor Gibson was the only helpful individual ! The communication with everyone else was non existent . Id never recommend them to anyone because id never want anyone to have to go through what my friend and I did !
