Terrible company. Been calling for weeks and can not get in contact with no one. I will not recommend this place to no one

ACCIDENT 4 MONTHS AGO, TELL ME WE GOOD THEY GOT A CERTAIN INSURANCE... NOW SENSE NOT ANSWERING MESSAGES & NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS & NO FOOTWORK, THEY WANNA SAY NO INSURANCE & NOTHING THEY CAN DO, BUT WANNA USE SOMEONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD!!! WILL NEVER USE OR REFER KANNER & PINTALGA TO ANYONE...

I am a satisfied client of K&P. My case manager Ms. Forbes kept me informed & was with me every step of the way as she thoroughly explained the process in my case. She responded to each & every one of my calls and emails with ensuring updates. No need for reassurance because she assured me with no worries with all of her responses the first time. She has done an awesome job with my case and I definitely recommend her services to anyone in need. K&P is blessed for having someone like her apart of their team. Aby made it impossible for us to keep going with our case, took 2 weeks to answer one phone call and after we said that we were going to a different lawyer, made everything in her power to make it impossible. 3 weeks and a half waiting on a release letter and still counting, this lawyers are horrible and its a nightmare to get in contact with them, i will highly recommend to stay away from them.

Update they sent me somebody else check and that person has my check. They continue to lie to me about it. I’m asking to speak with supervisor and they won’t reply back. The fact somebody has my check with my address on it is a big problem. They put my family in danger. I will be contacting the news since I can’t get no one on the phone .
