I searched long and hard for a suitable and not too costly attorney. I honestly don't remember how I came across The Sessions Law Firm but I am so grateful and thankful that I did. Ben is one of the greatest attorneys, and he's an even greater person. He is very compassionate and understanding. He really worked with me and of course kicked butt in court. My charges were reduced and I feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Ben is the best! Thank you!

In 2012 I was convicted of agg assault and sentenced to the max 20 years. I was introduced to Mr.Fleischman in the early to mid 2015. (While still in jail) Mr.Fleishman unlike other attorneys I've had opening line to me was.( ok Mr. Bradley) you have to help me help you to get home to your family) side note people. Alot of attorneys already have a set way of dealing with cases. But not Andrew Fleishman I know first hand he will focus on your case and your case only when it is in front of him he is by far one of the smartest and hard working attorneys I have ever seen i even had the privilege to watch him work on other people cases such as Murder cases and agg assault cases etc.. Mr.Fleishman has a very intense work ethic and is very good at what he does.....

Mr.fleischman has been the biggest blessing to me.If it wasnt for him id be living a nightmare! Last year, my parents were in an automobile accident and both were hospitalized. Ben, has come through for me on multiple occasions over the past 8 years. In situations where you just know your life is over and you've almost accepted the notion that there is nobody but God that can help you with your legal problems.... You'd be making a terrible mistake by not calling Ben Sessions. Ben goes above and beyond for his clients. He is straight forward and does'nt sugar coat your situation whatsoever. He does what he's says he's going to do, and will blow your mind with the endless knowlege he has in regards to the constitution and your rights. I could honestly write a book on Ben as he has come to my rescue 3 times in the last 8 years. 1. The first time was 8 years ago when I was only 20 years old, I was pulled over and arrested in my home town for DUI by HEAT which is a drug and alcohol task force unit. I refused to blow onsite and was taken to county. I convinced myself that i might blow under the .02 bac that a minor would need to blow and i might be released and on my way home. But No, I blew a .16 twice the legal limit for adults 21 years and older. Keep in mind, I'm only 20 yrs old at the time. My life is over right? i'm not going to have a licence for the rest of my life right? Wrong. I googled "Best Dui Lawyer in Gerogia" and found exactly that. I called Ben Sessions and he told me that we had a case in the first 10 minutes we spoke. He asked what all happened while performing the breath test and spotted multiple errors in the way the officer administered it to me. I walked out of court with a reckless driving that would soon be removed from my record. 2. Yes there was a second Incident. It happened in Athens GA. i'll make this quick. i messed up on a georgia gameday and was pulled over in downtown athens in broad daylight. I blew a .239 with BAC on the rise in the jail. The consequences of this arrest should've ended me but Ben worked for me to end up with only 12 months probation. 3. Most recently Ben fought for me in court again. It was DUI in Downtown Atlanta on a friday night. I blew twice the legal limit and knew without a doubt even Ben could'nt help me this time. BOY WAS I WRONG! Needless to say over the years Ben has only gotten better and more educated on state and federal law and of course our constitutional rights. 34 months after the date of arrest Ben was able to represent me in front of the judge in Fulton County State court. By motioning my constitutional rights Ben successfully had all charges dropped. He told me that was what he was going to do the first time we discussed the case. Thanks again Ben. When Ben Sessions represents you, You've got to erase impossible out of your vocabulary. He knows more about the laws than anybody in the courtroom at all times. Tight on money?? talk to him about a payment plan! He is reasonable and openminded! He could also get away with charging his clients alot more money than he asks for. But Ben does'nt do this for the money. He does it because its his passion. I think I've made my point. Hire Ben Sessions or regret not hiring Ben Sessions. He'll be your Guardian in the court of law, i guarantee it! Thanks for all your hardwork Ben. From me and my family.

Mr. Sessions was so great. I was scared from a false DUI and many other charges the officer tried to place on me. I did a blood test and many other attorneys said that I did the wrong thing. They also wanted to charge thousands more than Mr. Sessions. Then when it came time to go to court he already told them no plea deal will take place. Then I was told the wonderful news that they dismissed all the tickets. I was so happy I hired him. Hopefully this will never happen again, but if it does I know who I will call.
