Ben Sessions is one of the most gifted DUI lawyers in the state of Georgia. As an attorney, I feel very strongly that a good attorney must be able to do two things very well: maintain excellent relationships with other attorneys and judges, and try cases. The first allows a lawyer to know what options are available for a client who does not want to go to trial (arrogant jerks don't get the best deals for clients who want pretrial diversion or pleas). The second allows a lawyer to fight when a client wants to contest a charge. Ben excels at both. He knows the science behind DUI investigations, and can assess and fight a case that would intimidate less informed lawyers. He has a whip-smart mind that is belied by a very conversational and approachable style. And he is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. His professional ethics are impeccable, and on a personal level, he is a gentleman and a fine person. Juries sense this; his peers and judges experience it and know it.
