While our case is still ongoing, Andrew has been a superstar. After not feeling supported by previous representation, I reached out to Andrew and he reviewed the case. He was well versed and understood the concerns I had and despite having a heavy caseload, graciously took me on. I can be pretty pesky interjecting and asking questions but Andrew has always answered them fully and taken the time to make sure I understand what’s going on and next steps. In briefs, responses, and in the court room he is not afraid to stand up and say the hard thing, respectfully stands up for his clients, is prepared, and makes such an impact the court shushes and listens. I originally hired Ben Sessions for a superior court case in 2020 and he was super attentive and reassuring to me throughout the process. The case was continued all the way into January of 2024 due to the strain on the justice system from the covid shutdowns. When the case came up for trial, Andrew Fleischman took the helm and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. It could not have been better. Ben has been an awesome attorney since I hired him! Attorney Sessions was very transparent and he made sure to disclose all possible outcomes of my case. He never told me something because I’d want to hear it or made false/unrealistic promises. I didn’t sign up for the IID within 30 days of my arrest, so I was facing a twelve month suspension of my license at the ALS hearing. I’d heard many many times that ALS hearings were hard to win if the officer appeared….but WE WON!!!!!! My case is in a pretty strict drug and alcohol task force county as well, Henry County. This was my first encounter with law enforcement and I had never been arrested before, I was so nervous and anxious the entire time but Attorney Sessions was very informative and helpful.
