The Lyman firm handled my car accident suit with great expertise and eliminated much stress related to the incident for myself and my family. When my 2 year old son developed epilepsy as a result of the accident, they never failed to check in on him and had recommendations for great doctors. During the law suit I was hit by another car (on the way to a meeting with the firm, ironically) and they were fantastic with helping that insurance company move quickly to fix my car, charging no additional fees with that. Lawsuits are long, unpleasant experiences and the Lyman Firm did much to make the process more palatable. I highly recommend them.

Roger Cole Chris has been terrific. I got his name from my daughter who was in a terrible car accident several years ago when Chris was her attorney. She couldn’t have been happier with his work. I was in a car accident in 2019 and the other party’s insurance was delaying settling my medical and pain/suffering. The two year deadline was fast approaching. After being involved in a rear end car accident, where I sustained injuries. I contacted several Atlanta attorneys to help me with my case. I was turned down from three attorneys. They stated that my case was not strong enough. I felt mistreated. After searching for few days I begin reading reviews from The Simon Law Firm. I loved what I saw, I contacted the law firm and spoke with the receptionist. She walked me through the process and I explained what happen to me during my accident and she set me up with a consultation to meet Attorney Harrison Spires. My first encounter with Harrison was professional. I felt heard, he assured me that he would point me in the best direction for my physical therapy and represent me to the best of his ability. During the entire process Harrison and his staff kept me updated and in the loop. He would send me very detailed emails, scheduled conference calls and answered all my questions. The process wasn't always easy but I did not worry because I knew I not only had a great attorney but also a awesome law firm. My case is settled and I would recommend the law firm to anyone looking for a professional staff who cares about you and not just the money. Harrison & The Simon Law Firm did just that! They cared and I'm very pleased with my case outcome.

I hired this firm with attorney kate Dime for my divorce. It was a very easy case to take care of. Unfortunately Miss Dime didn't have any experience and as I was promised by lead attorney to help her, it didn't happened. She was very passive in front of opposing attorney. They looked at me like a dollar tree to just make money. Covid19 hit us and I was late on one of their high bills. They threatened to drop my case. I asked a friend to help me with the money and paid the bill and Miss hall ( accounted) promised to continue the case for me but the next day dropped my case and when I asked her why, she said I said something but I didn't sign a paper!!!!! They were not honest at all and even though I hired another attorney because of all her mistakes I lost a winning case. When I write a review for them, the owner answered that I was not their firm client which is another lie as usual. Before you hire them make sure that you read all the reviews good and bad about them before you hire them. All I know is that they did not have my interest in their heart and it was about make as much as they can make from me. God bless them all and make it in their heart that there some other things important in life except green dollars. Thank you and good luck if you are going through divorce because I was abused and then went through a year and half of hell from my X and so called attorney at Simon.

Thankfully, me and my family haven't had any incidents that we need representation for, but if I did, I am forever loyal to them! The firm provides a little information for free even if you dont use them, and they offered me some assistance on a case that was just a tiny incident where representation wasn't needed. I have a special needs relative who Tyler treated wonderfully with his case!! I have also referred ppl and they have given good reports. Mr. Simon met with me on my own personal case years ago and everyone down to the front office rep was always SO pleasant! My annual birthday cards, etc are always a nice touch. I LOVE this firm & I love that you're not just a quick dollar & you're treated with respect & almost like family! Honest people who work HARD!

The Lyman firm fought hard for me and when I thought they couldn't fight any harder they did. They got the most out of my personal injury possible and handled all of my thoughts and concerns about the process in a timely manner so I knew what was going on. I thought they were too good and eventually would drop the ball but they did not and they continued to impress me. The Lyman firm settled my case well above what the insurance company was offering, when they told us they had a serious offer but did not. Thomas Lyman knew instantly what to do each step and John was great at communicating every step. John was a great listener and is a caring man just like Thomas. That is exactly what you can expect. John was there for me as I was going through alot and although he didn't have to listen, he did, and was more than just doing his job when he was hearing my concerns about life and talking reasonably to me to make me feel better. When the insurance company was not offering as much as they should, Thomas made sure to call them out and continued to fight to get the most he could for me. He sent me home and said I'll call you back in 2 weeks and he did with more money. John and Thomas along with everyone at this firm will treat you like family, make sure they maximize results, and will be there for you during and after they conclude your case. I was pleseantly surprised by everything they have done. I highly recommend the Lyman firm. I've had other experiences with lawyers that were terrible but the Lyman firm shows the best side of the lawyering profession and that they care and their actions are pounder than their words! We all know talk is cheap, but a lawyer that proves themselves by actions is what you want and exactly what you will get at the Lyman firm. The Lyman firm is a representation of some of the finest in the business! If you call them with any concerns, they will get back to you. They will go the distance and hold themselves to high standards. They really care about you and take the time to do everything to win for you and don't talk big but they win big!!! I'd do it all over again with the Lyman firm because I believe they would do their best again for me.
