I reached out to the Simon Law Firm regarding a malpractice issue my family had. Harrison Spires ended up taking my call and we could not be more pleased. He answered all of our questions, took the time to listen to all of the information from us, and helped us formulate a plan that ended up with an outcome far beyond our expectations. I cannot thank Harrison and the Simon Law Firm enough. Their expertise, experience, and genuine care is something you don't find much anymore and I will not use another law firm other than Simon Law Firm. I highly recommend them!

Harrison spires was the best lawyer I could have asked for. Was very grateful for all the work he did to help me with my case. Without any doubt, Chris is the best! When I first spoke to him, I was very skeptical, nervous and also very hesitant! All because it was the first time talking to a lawyer! But I was so relieved and happy to have him as my lawyer! He treated us like family and I guess by the end of the first meeting, he knew me more than I knew myself!!! Chris was a pleasure to work with, from the beginning to the end. He was honest and candid with me every step of the way. It was clear that he had my best interest at heart, and worked hard to be my advocate. Even though I made all the decisions pertaining to my case and was in complete control of the direction it went in, Chris handled the majority of the work so that I didn't have to worry about being stressed out in addition to my daily work and responsibilities. Christopher Simon and his team are absolute LIFE SAVERS! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and though I was not at fault I was very negligent in handling my case on my own. I ignored my medical bills, failed to submit them to insurance and overall pushed my responsibilities to the side due to depression following my accident. Pretty soon I realized that I was in a messy situation. I had nearly reached the statute of limitations for submitting my claims, and I was being sued for unpaid medical bills. This was the moment I felt I needed legal counsel. A friend of mine recommended Chris Simon to me; she too had been involved in a messy MVA previously. All I can say is that I should have called him sooner. He immediately took charge; I barely had to lift a finger. He was incredibly friendly, understanding and didn't waste time in doing his job. I wouldn't even give one star if I could write this without it! me and my family was in a car accident a couple months ago and i looked at the reviews so I thought ok I'll go with these guys! Worst mistake of my life!!! I had Harrison and he literally did nothing!!! he didn't communicate with me like he should of and he literally killed my case because he didnt get me in the doctor until a month later and to top it off he didn't even send the legal papers to the insurance to let them know he was representing me!!! So I would advise anyone to look more into who you choose to represent u! I wish I had of!

Would I recommend the Simon Law Firm? Yes, I would in a heartbeat, and here is why. My husband and daughter were injured in a motor vehicle accident in 2014, no fault of theirs, my husband required surgery (rotator cuff was completely severed) and my daughter missed an entire year of school due to a closed head injury. From the moment of the accident to approximately 2 weeks after the accident, I made every mistake I possibly could have, while speaking to the other insurance company, by doing what the hospital told me to do with the insurance companies (they were looking out for themselves and not my family), I did not know any different. Family and friends advised me to get an attorney, so here I go to the internet to search, spoke with a few offices, and finally choose Simon Law Firm. From the first phone conversation, to the first meeting with Chris, I felt sincerity, honesty and trust, which has remained the same throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful that I had Chris and Alicia to handle everything from back tracking and fixing my errors, the medical bills (for two people, one hospital and multiple doctors), the other insurance company, to the final settlement, so that my focus could be where it needed to be, on my family. During this process, I discovered that Chis is a highly respected member of his field and his familiarity and relationships with his fellow attorneys, insurance companies, and mediators were critical in getting our cases settled quickly. He had extensive experience as a defense attorney representing trucking insurance companies, so he knows how the game is played on both sides. His firm is also reasonable on how much they charge their clients and their fees are very transparent. I hope I never have to go through this kind of experience again but, if I did, I would not choose anyone else except Chris and his firm on my side.
