My personal thoughts. I honestly feel they are awesome even though my case haven’t settled yet. I’ve been with out a phone for months and I’m still able to communicate….. I love them and just know they going to have me settled out soon …

Poor overall experience. They want you to hire the attorney without even speaking with them. The intake representative was rude and extremely insensitive.

My husband was involved in a big truck wreck May 2022. You know how many times we have heard anything regarding his case since this group has been handling the case I know less than 5 times, so maybe a couple of times and that's here and there. Man, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm for anything. Amy gets her behind on the radio claiming to have done this and that but where are the results. Child please. I told my husband to call Julian Sanders but nah he wanted to give ole Amy a try. Wish I could give them zero stars but oh well.

When I first hired Witherlaw Group, in the beginning they kept me up to date on my case and what was going on. After about year and half the communication became non existence, unless I contacted them, I didn't feel like my case was being taking serious. About a couple days before my mediation I was assigned to a new attorney Sean McEvoy. When I tell you he made me feel so comfortable about going to mediation and broke down what to look forward to. I hope he remains my attorney throughout the rest of my case, being that I have been assigned to a few attorneys in the past 2 years, but he is hands down the best.
