I was so pleased with Mr. Pate and his entire team. My case was handled efficiently and Mr. Pate was very responsive. I never felt ignored. My family and I feel great about the outcome of our case as well as the way we were treated along the way.

This is the worst attorneys office in the beginning when they contact you to take your case everybody so very happy helpful zoom meetings after they take your case you will never get them on the phone. You can leave message after message after message and they will never call you back the case manager is never available, it’s been more than a year and I still can’t get them on the phone to even find out what day to come and get my check. Do not use these people.

Jazmine Rodriguez’s team is amazing! I am very happy with the service and assistance I received with this team. They are efficient and reliable. Zach on the team had no problem breaking down any terms or lingo I may not have understood. He made me feel comfortable and confident with the people this form I chose to represent me.

I was fortunate enough to have Ashley Wilson Clark as my attorney through an incredibly difficult and sticky work situation. Not only is she a clear expert in her field, but her professionalism, response time, and advocacy for me was unlike any other. As with any employment suit, it is a scary process for the employee and there was never a time where my call wasn't taken or I wasn't checked on throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend her and this firm enough.

I suppose to pick up my settlement today but the lawyer never called me this law firm is very unprofessional i will not recommend to no one this law firm needs to be shut down i will be taking action because this is people lives this law firm playing with and anybody else's been messed over call the state board i will be taking legal action on this law firm and report them to channel 2 news because this not right... ...

My case has been going on 2yrs sent in release form last month and now can't get anyone to answer or return calls or emails .Calls to call center go unanswered all this after release form sent in.This is not how a lawyer or firm us suppose to treatment cliente. Terrible and unhelpful

Accidents happen at the worst time. My position in life right now prompted me to call a major law firm with lots of resources. I could’ve went the 25% route but I decided to pay more for “expertise”. However, what I received was a disjointed and overwhelmed firm. Once my treatment was over in December 23’ I was informed that the next step was to gather bills and they only updated that every two weeks. So it wasn’t til March 24’ that my case was submitted and settled in April. Now I’m stuck at ANOTHER bottle neck in their process. They received my settlement check weeks ago and won’t even send me the amount not affected by medical bills. Which was the reason I couldn’t get the full amount immediately (6mo after treatment). My lawyer had prepped me to receive the funds weeks ago and now the settlement team says her and the account are overwhelmed and that’s why they haven’t sent the funds. So they’re just sitting on my money while they know that I’m in dire need. Seems like they spend all their money on commercials and not the resources they need in order to live up to their claims.

Thank everyone for their job well done. Good job, it just took a long time to complete but satisfied.
