Working with Alexander Shunnarah's firm through Ian D. Grady was a massive waste of my time, and made me repeatedly relive a very traumatic experience for no reason. Ian would not return my phone calls, and when we did speak, he would talk more about his lunches, dietary restrictions, and new house more than he would talk about my case. I didn't mind the chitchat initially until it became the bulk of our minimal conversations. Ian wasted my time for months by providing incorrect information, not returning my calls, and not following the proper procedures for putting me in contact with a North Carolina lawyer. One of the heads of the company had to call me to apologize for wasting my time. Finally months later, I was finally connected to a North Carolina lawyer who told me that I had no case due to North Carolina's driving laws, which was my initial question in the first place. Now in May 2024, over two years after my accident that took place in October 2021, Ian's assistant, Eduardo Manchola, emailed me a form saying that I sought alternate representation (which I did not), and to inform me that I had two years from the date of the accident to pursue my claim (it's already past that deadline). This office is so unorganized, unprofessional, and inefficient, and I recommend everyone to AVOID Alexander Shunnarah. For such sensitive matters, this law firm dropped the ball time and time again.
