Didn’t have a good experience with this firm. First red flag Attorney Moore called the at fault insurance company and represented me & my husband without a proper consultation or even introducing himself. After that I had to call him, We never signed any legal documents or paperwork before the process begin afterwards in the beginning communication was prompt but soon as medical bills was received had constantly call for updates and wait for calls be returned. Not once did anyone reach out I had to stay on top of my case. His assistants are very terrible with communicating. One of them stopped answering my calls and send me to voicemail. Settlement that seem promising wasn’t met. There’s absolutely no grit, fight, or determination when it comes to their clients! Attorney Moore promised keep me updated soon as my offer came through only time I got sense of urgency from him!!! And be took the first offer claiming it was a so called TOP offer the amount we received didn’t equal all we lost plus medical bills. Me & my husband’s medical bills wasn’t reduced and not to mention when settlement came in he cashed it and haven’t called or heard from him SINCE!!! Glad this process is over!!! Horrible way they treat their clients please don’t waste your time you will deal with nothing but frustration with this firm!!!

I had Trevor as an attorney & he was excellent. The law firm within itself was great, great communication etc. everything was literally everything with the law firm. Didn’t have to question anything because my lawyer & his team updated me with every update they received. 10/10 highly recommend.
