I had nothing but great things to say about them wonderful service and communication skills until recently it’s been over 2 months and I’ve yet to hear from them I've reached out 5 times i get transferred and sent to voice mail each time after stating my name !

Drew McNutt was assigned our accident case, and let me tell you, he did everything in his power to make sure that we were taken care of during the couple years that it took our case took to settle. Drew knows what he is doing and made sure that we received what he thought was fair in regards to our case. He kept constant contact with us, even if things were moving slow, and it definitely made us feel like we weren’t on the back burner. I recommend Drew and anyone in this firm. If you have a small case please try to find another lawyer. Totally unprofessional, and did not even get enough to cover all medical bills after they sat on the case for 2 years and waited until the day the statute of limitations to settle. Hopefully I am never in another accident that causes physical injury to myself, but if I am this attorney as well as Alexander Shannara firm will not be handling it.
