Each time I have needed Jason he has been there. It's obvious that he puts his job first and he knows exactly what he's talking about. He's taken my midnight phone calls, gone above and beyond doing research into my cases and has even driven across the city to help a friend of mine handle a DUI at 1am. Hired Jason McLendon Law Firm to represent my son. I lived in TN, my son got in to trouble in Ga., but lived in Alabama. Even with the geographical difficulties every phone call was always returned in a timely manner, all questions answered quickly. We couldn't have asked for anyone to have worked any harder for us. Has no respect for his client's

Jason was a lifesaver after I got into a tiny fender bender and had to go to court! He was very up front about the process and fees and even gave me the best AND worst case scenarios so I knew what to expect. I would definitely call him if I were ever in a bind!

Jason helped me with two traffic citations from Cobb County Police. One was a texting while driving and the other was failure to maintain Lane. I felt Jason charged me a very fair rate for his services. He encouraged me to be proactive and take a defensive driving class which I did. Even though I was nervous, he remained calm and reassuring and said he'd do everything he could to assist me. He was able to get the texting while driving not processed. In other words, thrown out. He also was able to work with the prosecutor to get the failure to maintain Lane reduced to a basic rules of the road violation with no points. While I could have been facing up to $400 in fines, he was able to work it out where I paid $155 and that included all fines and court costs. I'm so appreciative of his help, as instead of having 4 points on my license, I am able to keep a great driving record with no points on my license. This was very important to me as I drive for Uber and Lyft part-time. Furthermore, I also drive for my day job so having a clean record it is very important. I am confident that not only did Jason do an excellent job but he also saved me money as the fines I could have paid and the raise in my insurance would have cost me a whole lot more. Now, while each case is different and no attorney can guarantee success in any case, I feel Jason McLendon did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to hire him again. I would recommend him to anyone for any legal matters they may be facing. I'm very happy that I hired him and had him in ny corner after I made an error in judgment and thankfully this one incident didn't wind up being something that would cost me for years to come on insurance and possible employment issues.
