My lawyer went above and beyond what was expected. I was put in a very tough predicament. With his help, I was able to find a way out. He was very respectful and respected by others. He got all my charges dismissed. He helped me get into a program that will give me help that I needed. He didn't fail to do anything he was suppose to, and I'm glad to have him on my side.

Jason did a great job handling my traffic court case. He was able to get the prosecutor to drop one of the charges which was an inappropriate charge and to reduce the other one with no speeding points on my license. I greatly appreciate Jason's assistance and will most definitely recommend him in the future.

Bird law is worst possible law firm. Mr Bird is one asking $80,000.00 before taking case for trial.he was handling wrongful death case of my wife for 8 yrs. just couple of weeks before trial dates he started asking money to take case to trial.so beware this man & his law firm. He even tried to get review removed by unlawful means.

Now I do not recommend that anyone wait until the last minute, in my case I travel extensively for work and before I knew it my trail date was approaching. I reached out to Jason and he immediately he provided me with the legal advise that I needed. He worked off hours to accommodate my schedule, and I was most impressed with his honesty regarding my case which was a Failure to Yield citation. My goal was to have that charge reduced and to eliminate any drivers points as this citation comes with an automatic 3 points . Not only did he accomplish this, as I mentioned earlier my travel schedule prevents me from being flexible and on the date of my trial I was out of the State. Jason was able to defend my case without me there, there were no points and his fee to represent me was favorable. Following the case, I received a voicemail, email and a hard copy of the outcome of the case. Hopefully I never have to require the legal assistance of an attorney in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call Jason first. Thanks Jason!!
