Please don’t go to this unprofessional “lawyer.” Even though I had emotional pain because of my issue, he didn’t even try to hear me out. He told me to get over it and hung up the phone on me.

If you want a lawyer who is passionate about his clients, listens to your story, and one who fights for you by conquering every obstacle and moves every mountain-  then you want Kevin on your team.  I was able to get in touch with Kevin through a family member who is an attorney and who knew some attorneys in the Atlanta area. Kevin came highly recommended even though my issue was 2 hours away from Atlanta. Fortunately for me, Kevin knew the court as he had been there several times. As a military family we often don't have time on our side to handle situations.   Working with Kevin was the best decision we made.  He was able to work efficiently and fight for our family when others wouldn't.   Our case was dismissed without us having to go to court. KEVIN DOESN'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! I am a business owner and was driving in my truck. My truck is very noticeable. I was stopped for driving 100 mph in the Atlanta area. I reached out to a friend that recommended Mr. Fisher to me. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. I drive a commercial vehicle for a living. I was driving my personal vehicle and had a police officer pull me over for a serious misdemeanor that could affect my ability to make a living as a commercial driver. I strongly believe that the officer had no reason to stop me. However, I contacted Kevin and he worked tirelessly on my case until he got me the best results possible. My charge was amended to a no point violation and would not be reported to the DMV of Georgia. I paid a fine and completed a class and that was it. I also recently called Kevin on another matter and he picked up the phone immediately and was able to walk me through my questions. He is a good person and really cares about his clients. Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.
