My family runs a trucking company, and my father was recently in an accident with his semi-tractor trailer and another vehicle. The accident was not his fault. I know people say that to get out of a ticket, but it truly was not his fault. We found Kevin on the internet. He reviewed the case with us and he then spoke to the prosecutor. He persuaded the prosecutor to agree that my father was not at fault and the case was then dismissed. Amazing!! So happy for my dad as this helps his career and our family business.

I do not know where to begin with how Kevin saved me. Truly saved me. Over a year he worked with me on the strangest of scenarios. I got a DUI while driving in another state with a Georgia license. The state prosecuted me for several DUIs and I was found guilty. This was reported back to Georgia as what is called a Habitual Violator. This really jammed up my ability to drive and make a living. When I reached out to Kevin I was living in a totally different state. Not the state where I was convicted. The Georgia DMV had a condition of an Ignition Interlock requirement. In order to complete this requirement, I had to move back to Georgia, have a Georgia License and purchase a car to put the device on. How was I going to accomplish this requirement when living out of state with no license at all? I certainly I did not want to move back to Georgia, buy a car and relocate back to Georgia. Kevin never never backed down nor did he take “no” for an answer. Apparently, the DMV of Georgia is not the easiest to deal with. However, Kevin was able to get some answers with a few options. Kevin was able to work with an attorney in the state where I was convicted to get my DUIs dismissed and “vacated.” The results were sent back to the Georgia DMV. The DMV then lifted the requirement of the Ignition Interlock device. After almost a year, I am so happy to state I got my license!!! I am still in shock. I could not have done it without Kevin.

Kevin was really helpful and I would recommend him if you are in legal trouble and looking for someone who knows what they are doing.

I was traveling through Georgia on my way to see a friend. I was stopped for a traffic violation and then arrested for having felony drugs in my car. In my state these drugs are legal but in Georgia it is considered a felony. I was in jail, scared and unsure of how I was going to get out. I had no real contacts in Georgia. Kevin and his colleague worked tirelessly and was able to get me out of jail. My case was amended to misdemeanors with a dismissal and discharge of the offense. Truly thankful for all he did. Would highly recommend him to others in need of any criminal offense or charges. Thank you Kevin!!!!

hired Kevin to assist with several cases.  I was dealing with lots of points and possible suspension of my license.  Kevin was able to work his magic and he kept points off my license and my license from being suspended.  He did a great job in responding to me when I had questions and concerns.   He stayed on top of me to make sure I completed all I had to do for my case.  He is persistent, diplomatic with his approach with the prosecutors and very helpful in getting a great outcome.

Kevin came highly recommended by an attorney friend as specializing in the assistance I required. He and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to reply to any questions or concerns and always kept me up to date with what I needed to provide or do and regular updates during the lifetime of my case on through to the outcome (and it was a positive outcome for me!). Marijuana possession of less than one ounce - Kevin Fisher exceeded all expectations. He knew what was going to be expected in the court and advised to take care of some things before hand. Case ended up being dismissed with a small fine. Kevin took the time to speak with us and make sure we understood everything before, during and after the court date. I hope not to use him again, but if I need to he will be the first person I call.

Back on Nov 2020 I got stopped for Speeding (91/70) near Atlanta; I was supposed to pay the Super Speeder fine, court fees and a few points points on my license. Mr. Fisher did an amazing job, no super speeder, no points, and no court, just a small fine, but it was a lot less than what I tought. Excellent results! He always was clear and straight to business, and responded all my questions. I would recommend him to everybody in a similar position.

After being side swiped by another vehicle, I was given a ticket for Hit and Run and Failing to Yield to a Sign. I felt I was not in the wrong. I retained Mr. Fisher and he went to work for me from the beginning. He was able to get the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the Hit and Run and resolve the other ticket with a no contest fee. This allowed me to keep my license and not get any points. Kevin did a great job in keeping me updated. Very easy to deal with and always answered my calls and responded timely. Would never hesitate to hire him again. Thanks Kevin!
