I would highly recommend using Wiggam Law got any tax issues. I spent a lot of time in person and on the phone with the IRS just to get the run around. One call to Wiggam Law and it was that simple. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. They told me upfront the cost and that's was the final cost, no hidden fees for this or that. They have taken a stressful situation dealing with the IRS and made it seem almost pleasant. I hope I never have to deal with the IRS again, but if I do I will just call Wiggam Law.

Wiggam Law Attorney, Lloyd Mohney, was able to get the IRS to send me my refund of a substantial dollar amount within ten days of hiring the law firm. I have been pursuing the IRS to do this for the last ten months. Their records showed that they owed me the amount but did not show why they had not sent it to me. During that time, I tried calling them multiple times. I could not reach a live human being to speak with about this matter for over ten months. I also could not find on my account page on the IRS website why they had not sent me my check some months ago. My CPA and bookkeeper tried numerous times to reach someone to speak with about this and find out why they were not proceeding. Lloyd knew the secret code and the password to magically get the check safely into my hands and my bank account. I was delighted when Lloyd told me, "The check was in the mail," and he was not kidding. Then the check came to me with no explanation.
