It was during the height of the years second tax season with October-15 approaching and people with extensions were looking to get their taxes filed. I had consultation with Judson Mallory about a few tax questions I was trying to get resolved. On one of my questions he said he would first have to do some research before he can give me a definite answer and the answer was needed quickly. Judson demonstrated a very strong sense of urgency. Without even asking he offered his help and his team immediately jumped on the task and got the answer with confidence within 2 days. The responsiveness of the entire team was outstanding.
