PLEASE DON'T USE THIS FIRM!! I was slammed from behind and got 5000.00, not even a year after they settled I had to have emergency spine surgery! Run AWAY from this so called law firm!!!

We made payments to the medical providers for eight months then my son's case was closed without the medical providers being informed by the attorney. Tremendous amount of time and effort spent on our part negotiating medical bills.

The worst company my family has worked with. Don't let them fool you with their advertisements! After two car accidents working with this firm, we barely received any money. I highly do not recommend. Terrible service, does not work with negotiations, does not listen to any of your concerns or questions.

His commercials should say "100 Calls, That's All", because once they get your case, they don't return your calls. I would not recommend this firm if you really need help.

This is the worse experience ever first I had to do all the leg work the assistant didn't seem to do any work I collected all the records and such for her. Now they my case has been settled I still haven't received the settlement. My case has been closed for 4 months. I've had the same paper faxed and mailed to them over ten times in the past two months and yet john Ruff assistant says she hasn't received it smh there's something not right with this company. I could have handled this myself they are no help and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service.
