I would NEVER use them! They took all of my money, claimed to be filing a case for me, but never did and kept all of my money for it. Be very careful...they came out to my house the next day after writing them and had me sign a bunch of contracts saying that they were always there and that I had a great case...keep in mind I almost died in my accident, then they switched my lawyer around so much that I did not even know who it was. The last lawyer I had there was Matt Richardson who promised to file a case but yet the company kept the money to file the case which was $10,000.00 and I have yet to get the money back or obtain receipts as to where the money went. Be careful, they are very misleading and make false promises. I am now currently stuck with permanent injuries and bills that I cannot help or afford. Over $300,000.00 worth! The only comment they had to make about that is that the medical companies know that you can't pay all of that off so not to worry about it, really??? What about my credit??? One call is NOT all Ken!

Russell is an amazing divorce attorney and would recommend him to anyone in that type of situation. Very knowledgeable in his field and on top of that he's affordable. He makes a bad situation into a great experience!
