They are horrible. I called them because of their so called track record. This was my first law suit in a car accident my son who is a new driver been. He still needs therapy but because I fired them they refuse to just release my case so I can get another attorney. They want to be paid for doing Nothing. Horrible. Run far away. This month will make one year since the SUV got my son in the back and still nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are horrible please expect no one to return your phone calls and also they charge 40% which is extremely high. Please please run far away from these people. I should’ve listened to the reviews I read before coming here. Please take head.

THIS OFFICE NEVER I MEAN NEVER RETURNS CALLS!!!!!! I HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN FOR ANY INFO OBTAINED!!!! MY ACCIDENT HAS BEEN PRETTYMUCH A YEAR AND A HALF AND MY DAUGHTERS ARE STILL WAITING FOR ME TO GET A CALL JUST TO SIGN PROBATE PAPERWORK......

Ms. Lindsey Gallof was a GREAT case manager, she helped me with anything that I needed & always returned calls. She definitely deserves 10 stars! However, it’s the settlement team that I can not cope with. My accident was October 28th, 2018. I didn’t receive my settlement check until JULY 31st, 2019. I like to at least, stay updated about what’s going on. I was never a “bugaboo” about the check, I waited and waited and waited until they called me. Finally received an ACCIDENTAL call. It was for another person! I don’t appreciate that at all, your customers need to feel like you at least remember them( even if you don’t) you know someone is waiting months & months to receive their check therefore, you should make sure everything is done correctly so you won’t call the INCORRECT PERSON!! I honestly feel like Ken Nugent is for major accidents such as accidents with trucks, or really bad accidents. If you have or had a minor accident, go elsewhere. It’s not worth it and tbh they are extremely expensive. If I knew what I know now, then I would have never came to them from the beginning but everything is a lesson learned. This was my first accident and hopefully my last, but I know that this is my LAST time doing business with Ken’s law team.

Attorney Matthew C. Robinson and his team was very attentive, kind and patient. They made sure I was very well informed of the process step by step. Any questions I had and support I needed, he and his team welcomed me with open arms everytime. They will call you or email you expeditiously. This firm is very warm and made me fell very comfortable. Matthew and his team felt more like family caring about my case. I am satisfied with the end results. I worked with Graig Silverman and his team and they where really helpful and understanding. I think Rebekah James is the best! She will reply to ANYTHING you need super fast and always with a smile.

My attorney was Will Hammill. Something I liked a lot about this office and the attorney representing me is that it wasn't one shoe fits all. They individualized my situation and circumstances. Helped me understand the pros and cons of what decisions I had to make. And they all were very polite and respectful even when I was upset from emotions. I can tell integrity is a priority for Mr. Hammill.
