I was injured in a car accident last August, 2018. Mr. William Hamill was assigned to my case. I am very pleased with the work he has done, the outcome of the case and my final settlement. Mr. Hamill was professional, patient, communicative and supportive, during my recovery and the negotiation of my case. I went through some financial difficulty over the year and he was extremely instrumental in helping me to attain advanced legal funding. I love how everything was handle with my case and Ms Rebecca was the person I mostly spoke to thru out my case. I didn't like my lawyer at all. I spoke to him once ignorant and rude to me. I was so upset that I called Rebecca back and she calmed me down. She also just talk to me instead of putting me down like the lawyer did with me. All lawyers are not like that but the one I had was and heard from him ONE time thru my case. My overall experience was great. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

It's true one call that's all the firm was great respectful, nurturing they have great customer service they do what they say they're going to do and my case manager Jeanna Marsdin ultimately made a great friend out of me the way she took care of my case and could maneuver around all of our obstacles she encountered she was always organized and always always kept her word. My experience in the past with big commercial law firms have been very negative John Foy was the absolute worst Law Firm that I could have ever selected to take my case last time I got into an accident. Ken Nugent Law Firm was everything that John Foy Law Firm was not. You can't lose with Ken Nugent Law Firm because they're going to be upfront direct and honest something that John Foy Law Firm know nothing about. I know this review is not about John Foy Law Firm but if I can help someone make a great decision from the two experiences that I have had then I would hands down pick Ken Nugent Law Firm unless you want to be ignored never called back, never explain anything to you because their always so busy, turn over case managers like they change their underwear, dealing with the Foy law firm you never have any structure. Ken Nugent everything stays the same and the people who started with me finished with me to the end. I just want to say Thank you Jeanna, Matthew and the Ken Nugent Law Firm.🤗🤗

No one ever goes into a marriage planning for their eventual divorce, however when this becomes your reality, it's critical to identify the right legal representation that is going to be have your best interests in mind and seek a favorable outcome for you. I hired Rusty for both my divorce proceedings as well as for post divorce child custody/support modifications and have been very pleased with his professional demeanor and sound legal advice. His service was excellent. When I made the first call to him and explained my situation, he listened and then asked what do you want, how do you want it ? All he said was "I got you and now you got to do what I say". He was with me as a lawyer and often times even as a friend through out the entire child custody battle and he delivered what he promised. I highly recommend him and I personally have referred him to my friends and he handled their cases too. He is a master at his craft.
