Ken Nugent was there to explain. Even when I was confusing. No matter how big or small your claim is he cares. I challenge you to give them a try . You will not regret it.

I had the privilege of working with Mrs Nadia Coroama, case manager at this Law Firm. I’ve hired a great team of legal advocates who really cared about my needs. Mrs Nadia was there to support and encourage me when I had the car accident, she kept me well informed of my case, fought for me, she was the voice I needed to represent me in this case. I recommend this great team of professionals who will fight hard for you in the time of need. I couldn’t have asked for a better law firm or case manager. Thank you!

Horrible experience!!!! My case manager JeAnna Marsdin was horrible she never seem knowledgeable of what was going with my case. She always gave me conflicting information one day she would tell me everything is going fine then weeks lasted after I called several times sent several emails she comes back with different information stating things aren’t going in our favor. The attorney Christopher Adams never return my phone calls. This office did not work hard for me at all. They informed me there was nothing further they could do for me an sent all of my paperwork to me in the email. Jeanna was never prepared when she called me as if she didn’t read over the case before she eventually called. Seem as if she would call and just start talking not knowing what she was talking about. Very disappointed. How can you not get my case settled when it was a hot an run the police came to the scene an issued a police report clearly stating the other driver hit my car and kept going. They spoke with the accused drivers insurance who stated their client admitted to hitting my car then weeks later she denied hitting my car something isn’t adding up. I DNT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE STAY AWAY.

They will never receive business from me for as long as live!!! My case manager never answered her phone!!! She left me a voice mail which I called right back about 6 or 7 times!!! And each time I called the office, I was forwarded to the same lady ONLY to go back to her NOT answering the phone!!! Now, I was just on the phone with them again and they hung up!!! This business should be shut all the way down!!! I received better business from an attorney I’ve never heard of before!!!!!! Extremely upset my time was wasted with “Ken Nugent”

I had excellent care when i used this law firm and if i needed to would gladly use them again they took care of me and my family very well
