That one call brought me comfort and support after my accident, knowing that my case was in constant motion and in good hands while I focused on healing and moving forward. Every time that I had a question or concern Cindy and Ari were just a phone call away and they responded back asap which brought me peace of mind. These things can take time but they fought for me and made it worth my while...more than I honestly expected. Huge THANKS to Ken and his courteous staff for keeping my best interests in mind!:)

I'm still trying to get in touch with my settlement case worker..all I'm getting is we cannot complete your call at this time..please try your call again.. I'm very disappointed as it will be a year in August..I don't know what's wrong with Ken Nugent phone lines, but I do think it's Imperative that you contact your clients and let them know about their case..It don't matter if it's not over $200,000 every client should be treated with the same Representation..
I have called several times to no Avail..I know the process takes a while, but all I'm waiting on is for Medicare to send Validation if they want to be Reimbursed...GIECO HAS SENT THEM THE CHECK..that was ABOUT THE 15TH OF MAY!! still no information not even a Returned ☎ call.. All I want is for this law firm to do their job ..I think my best bet is to go in person maybe then I can get the answers I need..

Save time and go to another law firm. I had a horrible experience with this firm. It had been a whole year and no one contacted me until it came down to the last few months when the client (you) has to determine if you want to file a law suit or settle your claim. In addition, if you file a law suit whatever is won, you have to pay the firm from your portion, which is an ADDITION to what they are ALREADY going to RECEIVE for their percentage. Their not concern with any injuries you may have from your accident, so if you’re in an accident and are really hurt, PLEASE DONT CALL THIS FIRM!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Back in April 2016 I was rear-ended on I75 North going back up to Indianapolis, Indiana. I felt fine except for a headache and my knee hurt. As the days went on I started having migraine headaches on almost a daily basis. I was also having trouble walking a straight line and keeping my balance. After going to my family doctor, we decided to go to a neurologist who did an MRI. We found out I had damage to the spinal cord in my neck due to the accident. I had to have surgery to put a plate in my cervical spine.
My son called attorney Ken Nunn in Indianapolis, who referred us to Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., in Duluth, Georgia. Mr. Craig Silverman, P.C. was assigned as my attorney. Mr. Silverman and his staff were so helpful in getting the information needed to work on my case. They guided me step by step through each phase and answered every question completely. My calls were always returned in a timely manner.
