Do not recommend they had me go through physical therapy instead of chiropractor which is way more expensive and literally took all my money from unnecessary med bills that charged me just for filling out paperwork to their high fees . My car was totaled rear ended and I’m only getting 3k out of 12 that’s crazy to me .

THE LAW OFFICES OF WEINTRAUB & ALPER are a significant reason why my legal troubles ended with such a favorable outcome. I can't recommend these gentlemen enough. The attention to detail and the legal expertise are evident from the moment you contact them. They will take the time to listen to your concerns and address them directly. You can be sure that any missteps by prosecutors and law enforcement will be uncovered and Mr. Weintraub & Mr. Alper will fight to get you the outcome you deserve. Without going into too much detail about my particular case, I had two other co-defendants with different attorneys representing them: one facing 33 months - outcome 33 months, another facing 24 months - outcome 24 months. Me, being represented by Weintraub & Alper could have been facing upwards of 27 months. Well… I received 6 months. Same case, same judge, same offense code. These gentlemen worked diligently to get me every advantage once we stepped inside the courtroom. One last important point I need to express; the relationship and respect between a defense attorney and the prosecuting attorney is so underrated. My attorney spent a great amount of time developing a great working relationship with the government's attorney and, in the end, I believe it had a significant role in his (the prosecutors) courtroom demeanor. When you are essentially putting your life/freedom into a stranger's hands, why would you choose any other law office than one with proven results over many years. My husband and I were involved in a hit and run accident, we are the owners of the motorcycle, someone was doing burn outs in a crowded parking lot and lost control and left the scene. Because it was a hit and run we had to use our own insurance. The insurance company denied the claim upfront. So Alfred had to file a lawsuit against the insurance company. It seemed like forever because the accident happened August 1,2020 during Covid, so courts were not on a regular schedule. Alfred kept us informed every time the insurance company contacted him. So finally three years later and all of Alfred’s hard work and determination the insurance company decided to pay the claim. And we were very satisfied with his performance and the amount.
