Never ever go to these con artist Weintraub will make you feel loved. It’s all baloney. We lost thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars.

Howard and Ben are both top notch attorneys with a sincere care for their clients needs. I contacted Weintraub & Alper Legal after receiving a DUI due to my own poor judgement and was initially speaking with Howard. He was compassionate, kind, and most of all: helpful. I was already on probation and worried about violating that probation and being thrown in jail. Howard listened to my predicament and took a genuine interest in helping me get myself out of this jam. He referred me to his partner Ben Alper who was nothing less than professional and helpful every step of the way. Ben was always there for me when I had questions and needed to contact him. He made himself available for me and was prompt with his responses to my inquiries. He laid out a personalized strategy to help me in my goal to have my charges reduced and ensured that we did everything possible to achieve my goal. He spoke on my behalf to the courts to negotiate with the judge and ultimately succeeded in not having my probation revoked. Not only that, but he also got me in and out of DUI court and had my charges reduced to reckless driving with a mere fine to pay. Ben is an excellent attorney and even better human being. He was easy to talk to and very understanding and compassionate towards my situation. I owe him and Howard a debt of gratitude and am very thankful that I contacted their firm.
