DO NOT GO WITH THIS FIRM ! They do not communicate weekly or biweekly to give you updates on your case. You have to call the office 100 times to speak to someone about your case, when they should be calling you because you hired them. When you finally get someone on the phone , they speak in the mono & nonchalant tone like you’re just another case in the stack. If you show up to there office to speak to someone in person they insult you and insinuate that you’re a maniac that’s going to shoot up their office (TRUE STORY) and also withdraw from your case. quick back story I went to there office to speak to someone since I couldn’t reach anyone via telephone or email and they said I was out of line for coming to their office. I did not come to office mad or anything. I am a person that prefers to handle business in person. They withdrew from my case because they weren’t doing there job but I was too far along in the case to find another lawyer so I had to basically rehire them. Ok Next thing, when it come to your settlement, they basically force you to go with the settlement the opposing party is offering, when you tell them you’re not satisfied with the number and you want to take it to trial they tell you that you’re going to lose and you may as well go back to work. I feel like they should fight harder because you are paying a HEFTY 25% of the final amount. I honestly feel like they do not deserve 25% because they did the BARE MINIMUM and did not fight for me at all. They do not go over and beyond to make sure their client is satisfied with the offer. I would name the people in their office but I rather not. My experience with this firm was horrible and I was not satisfied with my final settlement. I can’t believe what this law firm did to me and my family! I was hit by a forklift and had a damage disc so i call hansford law firm for help we ended up getting together but ones we got to rolling with the kids they stop Communication and hold my case for 8 months than send me a letter saying they can’t work with me,so i end up calling find out why but they wasn’t trying to hear anything so i left it alone and call a different a law firm they did the same thing,now it almost two years I’m here in Unbearable pain I use pen for my phone in my body it hurts badly I can’t walk sit or stand up even to lay down it painful my chest and neck always in pain as well I have 7 kids i was the bigger provider for my kids and now we all are hurt right now and i pay for everything on my own I have done my MRI it shows everything but i still had never gotten help! Was the worse experience ever was totally neglected simply put my case on the back burner eventually had to just hire a new attorney

Don't borrow money from your case with him ,with peek loans 10thousand will cost you 50 thousand he will try to get half your money charge you a additional 5000 for paper work Oam having bar associations look on to his particulars on loans to clients an kick backs

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! Wes and Mayra EXCEEDED my expectations! I’m so glad I chose not to handle my worker’s compensation case alone, because they got me almost 3x what insurance company tried to get me to settle for! I took that leap of faith, trusted them and it paid off!!!! (Literally 😂♥️)
