Nate and his staff were always professional and courteous to me and my family. I was always informed of the next step of the process and what to expect. When the insurance company stopped mailing my checks Nate was on it and I had my check within days. The settlement estimate was actuallly below my actual settlement and I'm am completely satisfied with the process. Annastasia is always kind and and pleasant and answers all of my questions and when I need something from the insurance company she makes it happen. Thanks to the Hansford Law Firm for everything and I would recommend them to anyone in need of there services.
