I just wanted to take a moment to talk about my experience .. I had never worked with attorney's in my entire life ..so as u can image I was very nervous in what to expect but that was quickly resolved by these guys an ladies from Nate hansfords office they were so helpful an really broke it down to my level of learning an understanding..not many places do that when I've heard friends talk about there experience they were fast and efficient and to me that was important they kept me in the loop every step of the way...never seem to be bothered by my continuously calling when I didn't understand a email or a voice mail...my question whether via email or phone call were promptly taken if not first thing the next morning if I called to late...so I just wanted to say a huge thanks to these guys and ladies for making my unfortunate worker comp accident a lot easier then it could have been had I continue on my own.! All assistance was very helpful. Mr. Hansford's expertise is what really turned my case around when it seemed to be going nowhere. I appreciate all of the hard work that Mr. Hansford and Ms. Thompson put in on my case. I am satisfied about the amount that we settled for and feel that it was fair. The only complaint I would have is the amount of time it would sometimes take to get calls back. But I understand that it is simply because of the busy nature of the field.
