Money hungry did not care about my case or trying to fight it only that my payments were on time best they could do was get be a guilty plea that banned me from working for 5 years would not recommend these people horrible attitudes as well ( UPDATE: you all tried to reply and make it seem like I don’t know what I’m talking about you all said the best you could do was have me enter a guilty plea after I depleted my savings mind you I was a 19 year old single mother at the time and I was fighting for my freedom so I felt like I had no other choice but to listen to you all, yall barely spent any time on my case and always sounded annoyed when I spoke to anyone, also I definitely did loose my job at the club that was my main source of income where I was required to have a license the county refused to issue me a new license for 5 years because of my guilty plea I lost my livelihood and depleted my savings and still had to plead guilty!!!! I got a second opinion afterwards and another law firm told me we definitely could have fought the case) I know exactly what I’m talking about and you all continue to be condescending like you were the whole time handling my case. And make it clear you all refused to work on my case until it was paid in full. I’ve worked with other attorneys that definitely do payment plans and get on the case right away as soon as the retainer is paid. And I also want to point out that attorney foster never even worked on my case! She put a young new lawyer on it I never even met attorney foster in my months dealing with this place smh so much for supporting black business never again worst mistake of my life. And saying it was my choice to take the plea you all gave me no hope , didn’t have any care for my case, I could barely get someone on the phone when I did I was met with attitude, and gave me no real legal counsel I was a teenager of course I took the plea if I felt my own lawyers didn’t even really want to fight for me, why would I risk going to trial and risk my life with a law firm the didnt even believe in me, which is why I believe you all made me pay the $5000 in total before you would even go to court so I couldn’t retain other counsel I was trapped. And any time I was late on a payment you all threatened to withdraw from my case without refunding me any of my money.

They didn’t communicate how they should have! communication is a must to me and the standards were not met there! I did want to meet him once I was in the office but never got the chance or didn’t even introduce himself. Even though my settlement was not what I expected and I was disappointed! It’s like I had no choice but to settle. They didn’t reach the MAX! They didn’t even fight ! I DONT RECOMMEND

Going through a divorce was the most difficult experience of my life but The Foster Law Firm made the process run smoothly. The team provided clear communication, were extremely organized and professional, and responsive to all my questions/concerns! My ex-husband made the process longer and more difficult than it needed to be but due to Attorney Foster’s “aggressive but effective” counsel, I received everything I asked for and walked away feeling victorious! I can’t thank Attorney Foster and her team enough for their hard work. She gave me my life back! I’m forever grateful.

I was not a client of theirs, but I did call them to ask general questions about a divorce, but I made it very clear that I was not sure on the divorce yet. I never requested a consultation either. They then asked for my spouses name to make sure it would not be a conflict if I did decide to go through with them. I gave them my spouses name and they advised that they already represented him with his custody battle that had nothing to do with me. It was obviously a coincidence and I immediately stopped talking to them. They then called him to advise him that I wanted a divorce and I tried to get them to represent me which then caused an issue. I called the practice to speak with Ms. Foster and she was extremely rude, as well as Mr. Aundray who answers the phone. No one saw a problem with what they did. Clearly it was so they could get more money out of him hoping that they could represent him in another case. They are extremely messy and it was very distasteful for a business to behave that way.

If you are dealing with a serious legal matter, I do not recommend this firm for your criminal defense. My family member was ill-advised and after consulting with other legal representatives, they confirmed that what my family member was instructed to do by this law firm is not what my family member should have done. I won’t name the attorney that amplified the situation because they were novice and a fill in for the original attorney we were working with. This firm may be good for minor legal issues, but for more serious matters where you are fighting for your innocence, this not the firm for you. EDITED: I should have been more clear that my family member actually RETAINED an attorney from this firm. The attorney who was supposed to represent my family member in an initial hearing was unavailable, and had one of their newer attorneys fill in, which in turn led my family member into a worse situation. We had to terminate our agreement and seek new counsel elsewhere.

Attorney Jerome did everything he could for me. He handled a car accident for me and got me my money. The insurance company made me an offer for $17,000 first then I hired Jerome. Then after he did his thing they offered me $25,000! He's a calm dude. He makes you feel like you don't got to worry about nothing. He got everything under control.

If you are looking for DUI counsel from a law firm that offers a first time offender a guilty plea instead of a plea with a lesser charge of reckless driving or dismissal, Foster Law Firm is your firm. In a addition to a DUI conviction that will be on your record for 10 years, you will have 12 months probation, monthly drug and alcohol screenings, community service and other exhaustive state mandated DUI terms. This will cost approximately $10,000.00, including court fees. Sounds like a good plea deal? Well, that's the plea deal that Ms. Hawkins offered to and was accepted by my daughter instead of a plea deal with a lesser charge of reckless driving or dismissal. Furthermore, according to managing attorney Ms. Foster, Ms. Hawkins did an exceptional job with my daughters case. On the day of her DUI arrest in February, my daughter hit a curb which disabled her car. While she was waiting for a AAA tow, the arresting officer approached her and noticed an open wine bottle in her car. She denied drinking while driving and refused the breathalyzer test. He violated procedure in obtaining DUI evidence to support his charge. Based on their great reviews, I chose Foster Law firm to defend my then 28 year old daughter, who suffers with depression and anxiety. Because of my daughter's emotional status, Attorney Hawkins agreed to discuss my daughter's case with me, gave me access to her portal and copied my daughter's emails to me. I provided all pertinent information to the firm and paid all my daughter's fees upon request. Ms. Hawkins missed my daughter's first court hearing in March due to a conflict in scheduling with a felony case which according to the managing attorney, Ms. Foster, trumps my daughter's case. My daughter was instructed to attend her hearing without representation from a firm with several attorneys and paralegals. My daughter did not go. Ms. Hawkins accompanied my daughter to her May arraignment where Ms. Hawkins, entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf. Several weeks before my daughter's scheduled November 29th bench trial, Ms. Hawkins called me to discuss the plea deal. I understood that this would replace the bench trial and if my daughter accepted the plea deal, upon completing its terms, the DUI charges would be dropped. Subsequent to the settlement of the case on November 29th, I contacted Ms. Foster on January 18, 2024, regarding a refund of the bench trial fee since the case was settled with a plea deal. She said then that the first time the plea deal was discussed with my daughter was on November 28 to which my daughter reluctantly agreed to accept. My daughter told me she called and left messages for Ms. Hawkins prior to the 28th that were not returned. Ms. Foster said the Bench Trial fee was justified because they were preparing for a trial until November 29th. I let it go. January 18 was also the day that I discovered from my daughter's probation officer that my daughter was convicted of DUI based on her guilty plea deal. I was shocked and asked her what is the difference between pleading out right guilty and this plea deal. She said there is no difference. I emailed Ms. Hawkins and Ms. Foster requesting my daughter's plea deal details, which is public information. I also told them I was disappointed and questioned the outcome of the case, to which Ms. Foster replied that they represent my adult daughter and do not have to provide me with any information regarding her case, something Ms. Hawkins agreed to from the onset. But now that they have collected all their money and the case is closed, they want nothing to do with me. Attorney Foster told me that I was misinformed even though the terms are spelled out in my daughter's sentence sheet. She personally offended me by saying instead of focusing on a refund of the bench trial fees, (I wasn't) that I should focus on helping my daughter take accountability for her actions (I have). Unprofessional, insensitive, and ignorant remarks from the helm.
