I needed an attorney to assist with a personal injury case and called them after having an unpleasant feeling about getting representation. The staff were friendly and prompt from the start. Chelsea was my most frequent point of contact and if she wasn’t available my questions were still answered. There were a few delays on responses from the insurance company however, these guys did a great job keeping me up to date each step of the way. If you ever need a personal injury lawyer give Shani Brooks a call. They helped with everything from finding the right doctors and ensuring the bills were covered. In the scariest time of my life Shani brooks kept my spirits up and worked really hard to make sure I was ok until I was able to settle my case. After an accident you’re in shock and that can be used to manipulate you into not acknowledging your injuries, and not being treated, so other people can save money.
