I recently found myself in a very unexpected legal situation. As we all know any legal situation can have severe consequences in the immediate and distant future, and can effect our lives and our livelihood. I began calling around to multiple local attorneys and towards the end of my search, I narrowed my choices down to Mr. Fisher and another attorney, ultimately going with The Law Office of Kevin Fisher. Kevin is no nonsense and gets to work immediately. For example, we agreed on representation on a Friday and met to discuss in person the next day on a Saturday. Kevin believes that time is our most valuable asset and he will not waste your, and more importantly, he will not waste his. Ultimately, this situation was resolved with the absolute most favorable outcome. I put my trust in Mr. Fisher and I could not be any happier with the result. I can honestly say that he is one of the best attorneys in Atlanta. Kevin, thank you for helping me. You are a true advocate for your clients.

So I live in Atlanta. Last year June. I got a ticket for wreckless driving. In the middle of no where in Cartersville! My kid was hospitalized the night before and me and the guy I went all the way to see for his birthday well let's just say it didn't go as planned. I rushed out of the hotel room to get back to Atlanta to go visit my kid she had returned home with her dad. We had shared custody but I had work all day the day before when she was hospitalized and in top of that I had bronchitis and was hacking all over the place. I wasn't paying attention and I was confused but the cop said i peeled out of the hotel parking lot exit out on the side that said don't exit I don't know I was confused..... I did cut off three people when making a u turn but I was scared tired and lost....rushing back to my kid who was back from hospital and feeling better... I was tired peeing every time I coughed from severe bronchitis myself and very upset and distraught and I was driving wreckless.. and I'm so very sorry and took a defensive driving class. I don't like to tell details like this about certain things but because my situation was so crazy I think that this might be able to help somebody else that maybe make some bad choices but needs help with some justice and leniency anyways so the cop pulls me over is yelling at me telling me what the hell was I doing that I'm acting crazy I'm freaking out my face is also burned having just gotten back from Florida and basically I'm realizing that not only do I look like a tweaker but I'm coughing and hacking like I'm some kind of drug addict then he looks in my back of my car asks me what is going on with my car and I told him that I'm sorry I'm just a busy single mom I had my daughter's tricycle in the back as well as clothes all over the place and a bag of kitty litter that had ripped open and kitty litter was all over the floor and kind of looked like drug rocks I'm going to be honest he then called for backup and wanted to search my car didn't believe me assuming that I'm a drug addict obviously they didn't find anything he told me he could arrest me but was getting letting me off the hook with reckless driving I immediately started looking for good defense lawyers that had high rates of dismissals on complicated tickets such as reckless driving or DUI I found Jason McLendon he had Raving reviews it's taken over a year and kovid did set us back but because I listened to his advice I got the case dismissed!!! so even for some of you that come across this review I know that your situation may be bleak I know that you're scared but mistakes do happen and that's what lawyers are there for they're there to argue your rights in court and make sure that the most favorable outcome happens because the courts are going to try to throw the book at you and find you up to wazoo unless you're really lucky and get one that's older and more seasoned as far as the judge goes and is willing to give you leniency but a lot of the times not all judges are like that and that's where lawyers come in Also anytime I ever texted him or called him he got back to me right away within a reasonable amount of time if it wasn't instantly also as you see do like to talk so I would often be sending him novels of text messages and he would always respond back and help relax my nerves and answer any questions I've had I am 100% completely satisfied on top of that most lawyers were quoting me like close to $1000 for this case he took it for a very reasonable price and I'm very grateful! I live out of state and drive a truck for a living and don’t know much about how the law works when it comes to tickets. I paid two tickets and then I found out my license was going to be suspended causing me to not be able to make money and live. I really had no idea what to do. I researched attorneys in the Atlanta area and found Kevin Fisher. Immediately when I spoke to Kevin he was genuinely concerned and really wanted to help me and figure out how I could keep driving. I received these tickets in a small town and Kevin happened to have a good relationship with the prosecutor and court staff. Kevin knew that I did not have any money to pay him, but he helped me anyway. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He spent a lot of time on my case and was able to get the two citations changed even after I plead guilty. The change in tickets resulted in charges that would not be reported to the DMV. I thought I was in the clear. But, not so fast. Because the original guilty pleas were reported to my home state, my license was going to be permanently suspended. Again, Kevin when beyond the call of duty and got on the phone with my home state DMV and me several times to try to get the issues corrected. He was able to get the court staff to send a letter to inform my DMV that my tickets should not have been reported and lift the pending permanent suspension. Sure enough, it worked and I am able to keep driving and make a living. I honestly do not know what to say about Kevin. He is good lawyer, really cares, wants to make things right and does not take “no” for an answer. I am truly thankful for finding him as without him, I do not know where I would be today.
