I do not live in Georgia and I was recently made aware of some tickets where I had missed court. I was charged with a Failure to Appear, not stopping at a stop sign and a speeding offense. Mr. Fisher helped me out. He reached out to the prosecutor and the judge. He was able to get the failure to appear to be removed and have my case put back on the judge’s calendar. Today I was told that my entire case was dismissed. Not what I expected at all. I am a very happy man and could not be more pleased.

Unfortunately, my son got two tickets and was facing losing his license due to his age and the amount of points. He got a ticket for Reckless Driving and Speeding 104 mph in a 65. My son did his research and found a good attorney. Kevin did an amazing job. He was able to get my son into a pre-trial diversion program which will end in him having both tickets DISMISSED. Not what either of us expected at all but we are so glad it will work out in the end. Thanks Kevin for helping my son and getting such a good outcome.

Through a Georgia State Trooper I was able to get in touch with Kevin. Kevin was great as he knew the prosecutor in the court where I had to appear. He was able to get the case 100% dismissed. And, I never had to appear in court. Good to know good lawyers that really can help.

I got into some trouble and did not know what to do. I contacted my uncle who knew an attorney from the neighborhood. He got me in touch with Kevin and Kevin met with us immediately. I was on probation and then got arrested. Not ideal. Kevin was able to keep my probation from being revoked and he got my new arrest dismissed. Kevin did a fantastic job. I received a ticket for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. Kevin was able to get the case dismissed. Now I do not have to worry about the points and this affecting my driving record. Kevin did a great job in staying in contact with me and keeping me up to date on the case.
