Matthew is extremely good at his job and was professional the entire time. I was facing two misdemeanors and he got them both dropped. He went above and beyond to comfort me and assure me everything would be okay. If anyone I know is in the unfortunate position that needs an attorney I will highly suggest Matthew McNally.

Mr. McNally is the best Defence Lawyer in Atlanta. Very smart and professional, and knows his staff. He always answered my text messages about my case and when I had to travel to Africa he went and changed my court date. Long story short my DUI charge was dismissed and was only charged with improper stopping with no fine. If you are a immigrant with any any kind of case Mathew McNally is the person you want representing you.

Matthew was my lawyer for a year and 3 month lasting marijuana case. It was a very anxious and edge-of-my-chair feeling for the whole year, considering I do not like (like anybody else) dealing with law enforcement or want anything to do with the law or court or anything of that nature, I just like doing my thing and staying away from all of the trouble. I got caught with marijuana in Atlanta February 2016, and was in the process of moving my things to california, well with probation you basically can’t go anywhere or do anything and it is a very big hassle. I asked Mr. McNally to please try to get the charges dismissed or lowered to a fine, because I was not going to be able to come back to Atlanta to spend a year of my life on probation, after a year,I am getting the good news that everything is dropped and dismissed! I would reccomend mr. McNally to everyone and anyone who really needs their case dismissed or charges dropped. McNally did the job for me so he can do it for you too.

(Update) Matt is literally the best lawyer ever! He got my felony case dismissed and I couldn’t be happier. My Cobb case he got it to where I only had 1 day probation and a very little fee. While I don’t plan on getting in any trouble anymore, if I needed any legal advice or had to recommend a lawyer it would definitely be him. You’re in the best hands when you hire Matt! You won’t regret it 😁

Mr. Wallack and staff are really great! During my case any questions I had they were right there not one time did I have to make several phone calls to get answers. So thank I wanna thank you Mr Wallack and Tracy.

Mr. Arbes helped untangle a web that we never thought was possible with my son. He is very thorough and persistent. He was up-front and honest when he accepted the case, ensuring I knew the possible outcome(s) of the options available to us. Once accepting the case he was VERY persistent with both the Department of Corrections and the Board of Pardons and Paroles. He negotiated and untangled the "web" my son was in, and prevailed.
