There is no one more caring and understanding than Mike. What an unbelievable person and effective lawyer. I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with him and working through an incredibly stressful time. He not only provided great legal advice and counsel, but also went deeper and tried to understand the root of the cause. Mr. McNally helped me to get all charges dismissed and sealed in a short amount of time. I was facing felony possession charges and am not a GA resident. Mr. McNally was able to reduce the number of court appearances (only had to appear once). He explained to me in great detail what my options were and was available to answer numerous questions I had, promptly. I felt like a weight had been lifted once I decided to hire Mr. McNally as my attorney. I highly recommend this attorney. It's clear that he has a lot of experience with the Fulton County court system and is a good person to have as legal representation. Important to mention that Mr. McNally generously reduced the total amount of legal fees owed by over $1000 because we were able to get a pre-trial intervention and avoid subsequent court appearances.

Matthew McNally, what can I say other than him being a great attorney. If you hire him, you won’t regret it. He works diligently and will bend over backwards for his client. He replies to text and emails in a timely manner. He treats you very well and is very easy to talk to. He will explain things to you if you don’t understand, and won’t make you feel stupid.
