As a law enforcement officer, you meet all kinds of lawyers/ attorneys during court proceedings. I found myself, on the other side of the fence in 2022. They offered answers to questions that I didn’t know to ask. They were always available to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, worries, fears, doubts and they walked me through whatever process I was going through. They responded to texts and phone calls at night and on the weekends. Kenneth, Melissa and Monika worked hard to ensure that I was compensated well. There wasn’t a huge percentage taken away from me, like most firms do; which leave the client with da small amount. It was a pleasure working with such a personable law firm.

I had Marvin Price as my attorney. Where he and his staff chose to disregard key elements of my workers comp case. Such as injury documents for doctor referrals due to aggravated injuries. They sat on their hands while I provided any and all information needed to handle my case. Marvin weighs his career in years not in worth. In addition he is as of today placing a 12,500 lien against me for work not done and rights overstepped. I requested a second opinion from a doctor after a botched shoulder surgery, and all he could do was provide arrogance. Was I harsh when fighting for the rights I deserve, no! I gave emails explaining my reasons and all he could do was think of the cost. I've given every opportunity for Marvin to coarse correct his direction of unethical pandering in light of my injuries Shoulder, and back. I feel as though this behavior was to sell out my case to opposing counsel. While deliberately earning future funds. This case is still ongoing, and I'm sure the response if any will be. I'm sorry you feel that way Mr. Carter, but as you know we do not guarantee financial out comes etc. Which in turn they haven't read my complaint. Ongoing means no funds have been promised. I guess any payday is a payday. Damn shame, shyster!
