To keep it simple, Michael G. Kaufman and Monika Baez were not only superbly professional and competent, they really cared. Usually when you need a lawyer that deals in resolving a personal injury matter you are in a stressful situation. This was the case for me. When I first spoke with Michael and his assistant Monika they listened to me,they gathered information regarding the case and then they explained the options and my odds of having a favorable outcome in easy to understand language. They explained the fess they would get and the possibility of having to reimburse the insurance company, this was so that I were well informed. During the process, Monika, aka superwoman, kept me informed of the progress of the case and when and what would be happening each step of the way. She went above and beyond the call of duty and spoke with me frequently to ensure I understood what was going, or to gather a signatures or just to check in on me. She is truly remarkable. In my opinion, Kaufman Law, P.C.’s endless client care and attention to detail made my recovery less stressful and the settlement they negotiated with all parties was well above my expectations.
